Seward Multi-Species Tour

Guests begin in Seward’s beautiful harbor and embark on a tour fishing for Silver Salmon, Ling Cod, Black Bass, Yelloweye, Silver Salmon, and more rarely King Salmon and Halibut

Historic Seward has breathtaking scenery and active sea life with humpback and killer whale sightings and limitless adventure like hiking to the Harding Ice Field.

Deep Creek Halibut & King Salmon

Fishing the Cook Inlet’s beautiful scenery is only available from May 1 to June 15

Features the second largest tide in the world, after Australia, with 36 total feet of water movement. Guests fish from the shore for King Salmon or are driven 20 miles out to fish for Halibut.

Anchor Point Halibut & King Salmon

Foster’s guests can fish the abundant waters of Kachemak Bay, a 40-mile branch of the Kenai River on the southwest side

Guides are well-equipped with all of the tools you’ll need for successful King Salmon fishing near shore, or Halibut fishing around 20 miles offshore.

Homer Halibut & King Salmon

Foster’s offers several Homer Halibut fishing tours

Guests can book to fish for Homer Halibut on a short-range or long-range tour, along with multiple other species, or even overnight, where up to 10 guests sleep on a large boat on the water and can keep two limits.

  • Short Range trips include six hours of fishing. $325
  • Long Range trips get guests further for eight hours of fishing. $375
  • Long Range Combo trips give anglers their shot at nine hours of fishing for Ling and Rock Fish in addition to Halibut. $450
  • The Long Range Overnight tour gets guests out fishing for Ling, Rock Fish and Halibut from a 425-horsepower fishing boat that guests can sleep on overnight and subsequently keep two limits. $1,200, includes two limits of each species

Upper Kenai River Rainbow Trout

Catch and release Rainbow Trout in the upper Kenai River

Foster’s guides will equip anglers with lightweight flyrods to handle one of the hardest fighting fish during this trip. The rainbow trout fishery is popular among sport anglers who don’t need to take their catch home.
